The idea is to cancel the slide momentum of fukyo by tapping back before the c.S, creating enough pushback for an anti-reversal frame trap. *exhale* Works on all dp's although leo's will hit you if you don't cancel the 2h into shizuriyuki immediately after the first clash. Also clashes with reversal supers except for ride the lightning, Faust's wheelchair, Leo's reversal super, Axl's Sickle Storm, Pot's thunder wall (though you can just fukyo and grab him if you read it) and unfortunately Ram's reversal super.

Universal with 20 RISC and half a bar, you can go for 2S/5H instead to get a low option, you'll need less meter and it will do more damage overall
