Is Ramlethal's DP super not working correctly? a study + evidence | Guilty Gear Strive
So, since the game has been released, many Ram players, including myself, have reported getting sword throw over the 236236 DP super a lot. Most players chalk it up to user error like i did for a little bit, but after some testing and personal experiences of my own, I've gathered some evidence to show that this might not be the case. I go over footage of my games, explaining my reasons, showcasing evidence and comparisons between the clips, and talking about the counter arguments to this theory and my response to them.
I would like to add that I am not mad or irritated at anyone who disagree, or anyone who doesn't believe this is true. I would actually welcome a small debate explaining the reasoning behind your thoughts on the vid and what I might have missed!
This could also just be the work of Strive's input system as a whole as everyone has been having issues in some way, whether it be the sword throw mishap, not getting DP's or reversals, or getting stored/saved inputs and getting another move entirely.
